I just noticed this Abu Garcia ambassadeur 6600c4 doesn’t have a C clamp. Is this a problem?


I bought this reel new 20 years ago and haven't had any issues. Not sure it ever had a c clamp. After looking up the replacement part, the site is saying its pretty important.

    Yeah it should have it on there. When ive had them come off ill get more wobble and play in the handle. Eventually the whole assembly ended up wonky.
