Put all z-man back in a bag. They’ll eat your plastic.
Otherwise, you can organize by size or technique or water depth. I’ve done all of those at one time or another.

Get a plano shoulder bag or a fishing backpack. They come with plano boxes. Best way to organize fishing tackle is with plano boxes. You’re just starting out from what I see, you don’t have that much to really require organizing. But trust me and any other fisherman that is decently serious about this hobby, you will outgrow that old-school tackle box very, very soon.

You’re just starting out from what I see, you don’t have that much to really require organizing.
