I recently bought an Old Town 120 and for a bigger guy it works out really well. My only issue is with the rear carry handle. Carrying the kayak with a second person is very awkward with it being offset.

So the main question is does anybody know a way to mount a rear handle securely near the midline in back that would hold the weight of the yak and some gear (extremely minimal). Or could you recommend a very lightweight collapsible cart i could strap to it for single carry. I've mostly used the kayak for float fishing from ramp A to ramp B. So would need the cart with me at take out point. Preferably one you have used and trust.

I have a yak attack bunkster cart. It’s amazing. It sets up and breaks down in seconds. Flat surface rating is 450 lbs,

It has several strap points, and the sand tires make soft terrain a breeze. I have both sets of wheels as well, depending on where I go.
