My father in law gifted me his old
Combo. It’s a Daiwa Kastor 3500 (made in Thailand) and a Penn pursuit 9 foot. I was wondering if anyone any more information on either of these?
I’m especially interested I knowing more about the Kastor. It does have some features like Abs and infinite anti reverse. I just can’t find much information on it otherwise. Very smooth and the drag has a nice click. Nothing on the rod except it’s very floppy.
I figured this was a budget setup of its time. I might go for striped bass or carp with them? Not sure yet!
