I’ve been spending time in a city with no good river trout fishing, so I’ve got into catching carp on the fly instead.
The fight is insane on the 6wt, I’ve found crayfish patterns to work the best although leech and worm patterns work too.
Definitely a very challenging and fun fish, fishing from a paddleboard is a challenge in itself as well
