I have a friend that will sell me his entire set up for $4,000. It includes everything in the pictures…trailer and all. Is that a good deal or can I get something better for that amount of money?

It’s less than retail, and is quite the set up. That boat is over 3k alone. The trolling motor is over a grand, and the trailer is not a cheap one either.
A pile of yak attack gear on top, and if it has electronics, I doubt that kit could be built for less than that.

Don’t spend it if you ain’t got it. But yes. That is a heck of a deal for all that gear, yak, and trailer.

The kayak is $2800 new. The trailer maybe ~1k.
Then the motor and accessories hes probably got another 1-1.5k.
How good of friend? Low ball him and say 3600 🙂
Looks like a clean setup. If i was wanting to go all in on kayak fishing that’d be a helluva Jumpstart with that kayak.
