I bought this kayak second hand in 2020. I’m not sure what brand this port/base goes to. Unless it’s really old, it’s not Railblaza.

A lot of cheap brands like Lifetime etc. include these knockoff rod holders/bases and it’s common for the rod holder to get lost/broken and not included in the second hand sale. You are not likely to find a rod holder that will fit unless you get one from the manufacturer.
Rather than try to track down a rod holder to fit it, your best bet is to replace it with a Scotty 241 base, the bolt pattern should be the same. Then you can put any Scotty accessory in it.
