First question Rippin lips super cat hd tru glow. Second question Glow In the dark spray paint. Those look like neon catfish rods under a uv light though.

I have whiskerseeker rods and take down rod holders. I grabbed a 2 pack of Amazon choice fishing black lights and this is how it looks.
In the south I love night fishing and it also helps with the bugs. My headlamp brings all the stingy boys but the blacklights aren’t that bad

A lot of the newer big name “catfish” rods are like this. Just need a blacklight and they glow. You can always use a fluorescent paint and lightly paint your rods to make them similar.
