So I was planning on getting my first rod and reel that wasn’t prebuilt with a budget of around 300 but I couldn’t pass up on these deals. I had got the Daiwa Procyon for 108, found Kistler magnesium rods at BOGO so I got 2 for 150. Since I was getting a second rod for free I decided to try out a casting rod and I found the daiwa coastal for 180 flat. And that brings me to now, I originally planned for 1 spinning rod but ended up walking out with 1 spinning and 1 casting, how did I do.
