Would the profishency telescoping micro spinning combo be a good pick-up-and-go rod and reel for a beginner?

I'm just looking for an easy rod and reel to get started with, which I can pack on hiking trips and do some lake fishing.

There're so many choices, and combinations; I just need something I can buy easily as a package for cheap that won't break, to start out as a beginner…
