I’m fairly new to fishing so sorry if this is a silly question. Just need some help identifying this hook and knot on the other end. I received these from an old fishing friend years back and he gave me a bunch of these hooks on mono with a loop at the other end. I’ve been attaching them onto swivels for easy access, but I’m running out now. Can anyone tell me what kind of hook I should be looking for at the tackle store?
If anyone can also tell me what knot would be similar to the loop in the second photo that would be appreciated as well.

The hook is an EWG worm hook, probably size 3/0 or 4/0. The knot is a surgeon’s loop.
Learn to tie knots. Don’t use swivels (unless in very limited use cases).
Grog knots has an excellent app and a free website that has many fishing loop knots. I like a non slip mono knot but there are others you can use.
Offset ewg worm hook, probably at least a 2/0. Knot might be a no slip loop knot.
