Those are called lures. They are used to catch fish. You tie them onto your line. Cast them out and retrieve them.

Trout lures. Cast em somewhere with trout to catch em

Can be used for jigging out of a boat or ice fishing as well. Tipped with a minnow or worm.

Middle one and the far right one are a Kastmaster and a Spoon. You can troll or cast/retrieve those. Unsure about the rest.
Edit: Those catch literally almost everything from trout, sunfish, bass, salmon, etc. it’s just a shiny thing that wobbles back and forth that imitates an injured/swimming bait fish.

i could be wrong, but the first 3 look like ice fishing lures. Add a maggot or three to the hook and then vertically jig through the ice, about 15-20cm from the bottom (I think that’s like 6-8 inches or something like that? Not an American).
The fourth and last one are spoons, which I guess you could vertically jig, or cast and retrieve. Can catch most predator species.
The fifth one could be an ice fishing lure like the first 3? The sixth one I have never seen, but I assume cast and retrieve given the little prop thing.
