What are these small soft plastic bits found in a box of hooks?
My dad passed along some old tackle he's not using. There were in a box of hooks — he has no idea what they are either. They're small, clear soft plastic, pinched in the middle with a hole at one end. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I’m not positive but it could be used to make brushless hooks. Put the hook through the hole and then the tip goes into the plastic that isn’t pinched. It will help with snags.
