Simplest anchor for 10’ sit on top for under cover, by stumps, docks, etc? Can I use these in combination? Clip brush clip to stump or tree, reel out needed line, clip dive reel to cleat ring in track with carabiner, closest to front. ?? I can use weight/cleat for deeper? No fishing. Just cruising.

Looks like it would work. I always recommend a drag anchor though. I made mine for $25 and I absolutely love it. You can YouTube it. 5’ chain, a bike tire inner tube, a couple zip ties and an anchor line
