Northern MI. Caught a bunch of bluegills at Lake 1, started raining, then headed out to Lake 2. Was hoping to get some bass…ended up with TWO pike! Had to call across the lake “Hey guys…what do I do if I caught a pike?!?!” They had to help me get it unhooked since I had no clue what I was doing. Was using a hook and worm for the gills, and then a 1/2oz spoon for the pike. Had a great time.
Any tips for hauling in a pike? Wish I could’ve gotten some better pics with it
