You definitely don’t want to fuck around with Lemon sharks. They’re pretty unpredictable and from what I have heard, they’re almost as dangerous as a Bull Shark when caught on the surf.
It looks like the guy behind the victim aggravated the Lemon Shark into swiping around and biting the guy’s leg by grabbing its tail.
When you’re going surf fishing for sharks and rays, always be safe!

Safest place to stand with a beached shark is in front of the shark. The only direction it can’t move edgily is forward.

Any time I’ve landed a fish to keep and it spins around to bite me. Good for him, bad for me. You gotta admire a fish giving once last bite. Sorry, no sympathy here for the bite victim. The fish is fighting for it’s life, and some fish never stop fighting. You have to remember that.
