Hey I'm fishing for trout and I use lots of spinners. For now I have been using a smaller swivel (photo 1) but as I have been still experiencing twist I decided to buy new ones (photo 2) but when I went to test them out yesterday my line still twisted like before. What am I doing wrong? (I fish often fast moving water and I reel against the current so it spins very fast.) could anyone help please?

That looks like heavy line…with a lure that small you should use 6lb momo MAX. Heavier line, and the swivel will prevent the lure from running properly, and will twist.
Get rid of the swivel.
Many lures are made for direct contact via loop knot. For me, connecting via snap normally works, but swivel and snap is a no go.
Edit: Question? What happened to the front treble hook? Normally lures are designed around a specific gravity point.
Swivels are line twist resistant. Also could be the bail isn’t being closed while the line is taught.
I’m no expert, but I think the lure is just too light to make the swivel actually swivel even in heavy current.
A spinning reel can also increase line twist, or so I’ve read.
I once bought cheap swivels and they didn’t turn, they were completely stiff, so check if your swivel turns first. If that is not the issue, you can go on and try to unspool your line, it could be, that the line is still twisted from previous trips, so naturally it will twist when thrown out, could also be a problem with memory if it is an old line. If that is not the case, I have heard but never personally had a problem with it, that when you reel in while your drag is set too loose, the line can twist – so try setting your drag tighter, if you can hear the drag working while reeling in
Because you are using a swivel, on a lure that doesn’t need one. Speed snaps are the way to go with crankbaits for quick changes.
