Hi there,
I just got this kayak, it's called Gobo GB25 here is Europe but of course it was made in China, like 99% of kayaks around here. Although I know some kayaks, like oldtown or hobie this one came with a few "quirks".
So a quick description: It's 12.9 feet long (395cm), a bit heavy 88 pounds (40kg), as you can see on the photos it does have quite a few hatches, 3 watertight (middle, under the seat battery comp and in the back), one big hatch that is open to the inside of the kayak body on the bow.
It does not appear to have any rails for attaching accessories, I'm thinking of adding them later somewhere, and the guard rails it has are round, not squared like on some other kayaks I saw, so attaching any clamps can get tricky.
In front of the 2 cup holders there are 4 "holders" or something, with bungie cord, not sure what are they for.
6 rod holders and a hatch for accessing the rudder cables.
I also noticed below, right after the keel, there is a port hole, I'm guessing for the transducer, but I never saw the scupper hole to be angled against the direction the kayak is going.. So maybe it's for something else.
Anyhow, if anyone knows this kayak or knows who in china is the producer or has any docs, I would be very thankful for any info.
Cheers.
