I’d say under filled, I like to put a little more, i notice with this amount you have on I wasn’t able to cast my spoons as far, as if I was to have it more spooled up.

Under spooled, and also looks a little “front loaded” toward front of spool. If you want to be anal it needs more line, or possibly backer, and probably add a shim/washer under the spool on the shaft to help with spool loading. That being said:
Just fish it. Unless you are in a situation that requires maximum casting distance, OR you are fishing in water where there are species likely to scream drag on you and peel off line, it will fish just fine.

It’s under. With shimanos you can pretty much fill it up to the top. You can respool your current braid and backing to a reel/empty spool, then attach new mono to the already existing and spool again. It will take s9me time but will get the job done
