What kind of sunfish is this?

I mean what a damn fish. This ABSOLUTE BABY is the prettiest fish I’ve seen in person (don’t worry he was caught on a tiny little hook and worm on an ultralight rod, swam away like a rocket). Me and my buddies love to fish McKinney Falls park in Austin since they’ve got two creeks that meet up and pour into a gorgeous little pool with these awesomely colored sunfish. Also got some good bass, carp and catfish up the creek. But we’re always stunned at what comes out of the pool, especially this guy. But yeah, curious if it’s a specific kind of sunfish. “The Golden God” or “Speckled Beauty” is my pitch if it doesn’t have a name lol
