How should I fish this from bank and what lures should I use
Fishing tomorrow at noon sometimes it’s clear or murky but I should be fishing around noon

Try fast, like a Spinnerbait or crankbait, follow it with something slow like a jig or Texas rig.

Try a Rooster Tail. Then a Senco or critter soft bait. Then a spinner bait. I caught a 3-4 lb Bass on my 2nd cast with a spinner bait after trying minnows and live night crawlers for an hour. 15 minutes later, a smaller Bass on a Rooster Tail.
