Hydro Monster I haven’t gotten anything out of it!!
I haven't achieved anything with it but it is still one of my favorites in design, under what conditions do you use it or for what species?

Those cast great and I find they work when you let them sink a bit and twitch retrieve. You can also cast and burn them in with a fast retrieve like a jig if you prefer.
