I have a PDL106 with an NK300 and livescope for big waters, but needed something more suitable for floating smaller rivers near me. Decided to go with an inflatable (NRS Star Pike) since it’s super travel friendly and can float through super shallow water. First trip over the weekend was awesome. I don’t think I’d change a thing- everything is accessible, the kayak tracks super well and is fast (for an inflatable), can stand and fish, packs into a backpack duffel, only takes about 15 min to rig everything up including inflation by hand… highly recommend.
