Got this Penn 704 on fb marketplace and I noticed the drag doesn’t make noise but the like metal piece for the drag is there. Was wondering if there is a way I can fix that. Additionally I plan on using it how should I go about that. Should I grease and oil it before using it for the first time and also is there somewhere I can get the paint to touch up some of the marks.
