Targeting mostly smallmouth in rivers and creeks from the shore. Temps are just starting to cool here in northern Indiana. Decent water clarity. No wrong answers!

Personally I wouldn’t as I think it seems to reduce the chatter because of the action of the bait. If you do, keep it small and minimalistic and something that has zero resistance through the water.

I have that exact one I sort of use it as a jig. I put a fire craw bandito bug in the back.
