My only experience with in-line spinners so far are some cheap $1 ones from Walmart and a Yakima Rooster Tail and I’ve caught so many fish on that particular one until I lost it on a snag the other day. 🥲
These seem 100x nicer than the rooster tail I lost! I’m so excited to try all of these out.

They really do catch fish. And while I like how rooster tails cast, and I love the way Panther Martins move in the water, I think the Mepps catch more.
The other nice thing that there’s no lead. The weights are all brass, unlike the Panther Martins and Rooster Tails. And honestly they’re not even much more expensive. If you go to the Mepps site, you can get a grab bag of 6 lures for $12! That’s cheaper than you’re finding even Rooster Tails.
