Washers to add under the spool in case you need to adjust line lay. If, when you spool the reel there is more line at the top of the spool than the bottom, add 1 washer under the spool and try again. Repeat until you have an even line lay. The fuego should have decent line lay already though so these are just spares.

Those are shims, you add or remove them on the main shaft (where your spool sits) in order to have the line spool on properly.Sometimes when you spool line on a new reel, it will be spoiled more towards the top or bottom of the spool in almost a cone like shape, this fixes that problem.

They are shims used to adjust clearances between gears. I have never needed to remove or add shims from a reel purchased new or used. I have used them once for when I was fully taking apart and cleaning a reel and lost a shim. Good to keep handy but you will very likely never need them.
