Need help with unsticking pieces of a Drennan Vertex 5m Whip rod.
Recently I had bought a 5m Whip Rod from my local angler shop only to find that the second largest piece of the rod had been stuck within the largest piece. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hold the rod behind your knees with your arms utside your legs; you’ll be crouching a bit. Twis each section while pushing your legs outward. You can also apply heat from a hair dryer or watever on the larger side of the joint.
