Would feel free warranty this part? I naught used on market place. If not is there a replacement? In weld?

Why would a company warranty something you didn’t buy from them? As to welding, I can’t tell if that is zinc or aluminum. Zinc…no way. Aluminum…sure, a qualified welder can fix it.
