I just came home from a fishing trip in England and saw most of my lures ( spoons and spinners ) started rusting, can I or should I save them?

Yes you can use save them. I usually soak rusted lures and hooks in CLR and after I soak them rub/clean off the rust area. wash it off and then spray them down with WD-40

Rusty lures are just fine. However if the hooks get really rusty they weaken. So if its a spoon or crank replace the hooks and if its a jig and it has a rusty hook just toss the jig and replace. To prevent some of this let them dry before storing as one lure can get an entire tray rusty if closed.
