Carolina rig I guess. Fishing at Irvine lake I saw bass, huge koi fish maybe carp, and some little kids who caught a bunch of teenie tiny blue gill.
I’m on my 4th day of fishing. I haven’t caught anything yet but every time I come out I learn something new.
By the way rate my rig and shoot me some pointers!!!

I would recommend watching YouTube videos with different rigs. That does seem to be pretty cheeks

I would just put on a small hook, nightcrawler, and bobber and get your first fish, don’t make things too complicated
Bullet weight is on backwards and no bead. Surprised that has lasted more than a few casts without the weight breaking the knot there..
