This is Doral park its fairly new. Im guessing tilapia, cichlids, bass, peacock bass.
Tried on top water rapala and got mixed in with the Lilypads. Also tried a ewg 5'senko with a 10ounce weight. Das going to try a frog around the Lil pads but didn't get to it.
