pulled up to my favorite stream (Southeast AK) yesterday not expecting much since the water is really low after almost 2 weeks of no rain. to my surprise, i was getting some type of action almost every cast.. the best part was, i didn’t even need to change flies! the bigger ones seemed to especially like the flesh fly.

Amazing rainbows and cutties! My local streams are highly seasonal with the best conditions in the spring, with the exception of the Kokanee run starting soon.
