I have the unique opportunity to fish literally every single day and have two decent sized lakes in front of my families house.
Tried tons of different things and this is the most convenient set up I’ve put together, I also love to hike out and fish from canoe so having everything packed away but easy to acquire has always been important for me.
Okechobee Fats bags can be found at Walmart for about $27, the front storage also has a soft strap for lures which I store all my dry flies on.
The Seaguar Line holders I’ve only seen at Turners but you can order them online in 3 or 6 roll styles.
The red forest lure wallets can be ordered on Amazon but it’s always listed as a ”Rure Wallet” not lure wallet made by Forést in Japan.
I’ve tried tons of other lure storage things and I wish American producers would pull their heads out of their asses but this wallet is second to none for lure storage. 🤷♂️
I use a couple plastic cases for my jigs and crank baits and then separate plastic box for terminal tackle, my plastics I store in used powerbait jars with their brand so they don’t melt each other.
Also lets me add scents into the jar ahead of time and you can cram a lot of plastic baits into these.
I have a soft mesh bag I use for any fish I keep and then a bucket for trash.
The small black box is the ”Random Junk” box with stuff I rarely use but don’t want to leave at home and a few bigger lures that don’t fit in the boxes or my bag.
For me, this covers basically all freshwater fish.
If I want to go super light for a walk or something n release all catches I’ll just take my bag and pliers.
What works for y’all?
