Tried a jerk bait and my line knotted up after a few casts. Any similar experiences? Tips for avoiding?
New to jerk baits but I would cast it out, quickly reel in slack, let it sit, then jerk the rod towards me every so often while trying to keep the line from getting to slack.. tough to do with wind and waves.
