Appears to be a small needle nose gar. Yeah it has a bunch of needle sharp teeth and are very tuff to open up. Great eating though if you can get it out of its suit of armor. An axe and sheet metal shears along with a good fillet knife are what I use. The back straps are like chicken breast, white meat and kind of bland Best if cooked unfrozen imho. Great catch 👍
