I like this reel just not on this rod, something just feels off about it, rod is a dobyns colt(top left, the orange one) reel is a 13 fishing kalon r v2, but I want a nicer reel, also I spooled it with seaguard yellow 12lb fluro, but I cant say im a fan of that line, its super twisty

Are you trying to spool all flouro or are you backing with braid? I run sunline fc sniper full spool and got two seasons out of it. Granted I don’t fish often anymore but I don’t have a lot of line twist with it just sitting
