Been looking for a rod to pair up with my Calcutta250 and boom. Aesthetically and functionally perfect. A Phoenix M1 with the nanotube tech. This setup I will be throwing 14lb fluro (pLine) anything from 1/2oz jigs, underpins, spinnerbaits, crank baits, and possibly some topwater. I also have an Inshore M1 in an 8’2” for a swimbait/glide bait rod and I’ll tell yuh these m1’s are perfect. I’m glad this one has the cork!
