Which lure would be best for catching pike. (Fishing heavily weeded area)

You could have success with just about any of those. Something to keep in mind is that it often helps to tailor the color/shape to the likely prey of the pike in the area. For example, if they are probably eating perch use something with more yellow, if whitefish use something more white/silver, etc. In my experience that helps a lot.
