I just bought an Echo Trip rod and I noticed that the male part of the handle section has some scratches. Nothing serious, i think it happened when they verified it (by the producer or by the online shop).
Should I return it or should I ignore it and start using it?

Honestly you’re gonna scratch it up more over the years. But if it bothers you email them.
It’s going to get scratched when you put it together and break it down while fishing.
I would just use it and not worry to much about it
