Got this rod from my in-laws house, found after they passed so I can’t ask questions about its history. Anyone know who makes the rod or what the value is? There aren’t any trademarks or anything that I can see. Just need to know if I should use this thing or if it might be worth putting back in storage.

It looks like a boat rod and color looks like it mite be a Garcia rod.70 ish? For a date.the picture doesn’t show much.
