I need help deciding on what rod to get for my slx dc 151hg I manly want to throw chatterbaits 3/8 1/2, swimbaits 3/8 my budget would be no more then $150

I got the exact reel recently. I bought the Daiwa Tatula XT casting rod in medium heavy power fast action 7”3. That rod should work for you.

Daiwa Tatula is great for the price. I have the MH and would probly recommend the same for you. Definitely punches above its price. I like it more than any of my Dobyns
