Folks i am over the moon. Wifey and I just picked up our first ever boat. Im taking this sucker out on the water at the crack of dawn.
So freaking excited lol.
Any tips on places to look for bass now that I can get out on the big bodies of water? It also came with a fish finder I can use, but I’ve never seen how one is used one before.
Any tips from folks that have some time out on the water?

Congrats my friend very happy for the two of you. Please slow down and make sure you know all of the safety requirements/regulations and know how to do a pre-launch safety checklist (put in Boat PLUG where does the boat ramp end and etc. decide who is going to back the other down the ramp who is holding the rope, and a few others. I would just hate you have a bad day on the water by having an accident. Once again enjoy it together.
Take it slow and easy. Learn! Most importantly, have fun!
