Fits perfectly when broken down into two pieces! Came up with this solution since I got tired of having my rods move around in the back of my car.

Do people do this and have the roof rack rod holders because they just don’t like or want to save the time of putting their rod together and putting the lines through the eyelets? I’m new to fly fishing so I just cut my flies off, and break down my 4 piece rod and put it back in my case.
