Is this the right sized hook for 3-inch swim bait?

I’d like to start using these 3-inch soft plastic swim baits, but the hooks look a little big to me. That’s a 1/8 oz 3/0 swim bait jig head. Does this look alright or is this hook a little big for this guy?
