Okay so basically I’m at my uni and there is a big lake. I didn’t have a fishing rod so I thought I m should make one. I found fishing line and even 3 hooks. I used my lunch as bait (caught 2 fish). Slingshot it out if you’re already catching with a handline
If you’re using a stick just cut or break off a small living tree branch a little thicker than your thumb. Then strip off all smaller branches on it so you have a relatively straight and clean stick. The green wood will give you some bend and flex which will help with casting.
