Was just messing around with this pen rod i got gifted from a family member when I realised i could probably turn this pen rod into a fly fishing rod but the only thing I would probably need to change is the line guide and find something to plug the bottom just asking if anyone knows how to change the line guide to a bigger one while still being compact to accommodate fly line because I know its pretty thick

No wont be able to cast the fly fishing line. Not enough flex and length
You need an 8 or 9 foot rod
Don’t listen to these people. Just throw a line on it and see what happens lol
