Hey I just got these curly tails for this upcoming weekend I was wondering are these jig heads the right size? Any tips for fishing these? Will they work for yellow/white Perch or panfish?

They’ll do. It’s hard to use a jighead size that won’t work with a curlytail. You can catch a lot of things on these but expect bass if they’re in the water you’re fishing. They’re a classic for a reason. Caught 3 bass in 10 minutes on a pink one of these (of course it was after 7 hours of nothing but that’s fishing. The second I switched to a curlytail I got bites though.)
Cast and then reel it in, try reeling it at different rates if you aren’t catching anything. Make sure you don’t let it drag on the bottom too much or it’ll probably snag.
If you don’t catch anything don’t be discouraged, you might want to bring something a little smaller too so that you can at least catch some of the smaller panfish if nothing bigger wants to bite but panfish aren’t picky so you can definitely just scrounge up some smaller bugs for bait while you’re there (if live baits are allowed there).

I would personally say the jigs are bit big for those grubs. Either get smaller jigs or bigger grubs.
