What’s this belt I see a lot of people wearing while surf fishing? I assume it for bait? Can anyone confirm this or have a link to them?

You put the rod handle in a slot that the belt has at your stomach for better control of the rod

It’s a little fanny pack/box to hold stuff. In Southern California we use them to hold sand crabs after we’ve collected them.
Some people use them just to hold their spare tackle. Wearing a backpack or stuffing your pockets sucks. The Fanny pack or chest rig is the way to go
What the brand is? No idea, mine has nothing written on it. I’ve had it for over a decade and it was given to me. I’ve seen them in tackle shops, that’s where I’d look for one
