top 2 are maribou jigs. crappie and other panfish will absolutely crush em. usually, tru to reel it in slowly, but not slow enough that it hits the bottom of the lake/river/body of water.
the bottom 2 are jigs. put a curly tail on them and either put it under a bobber or work it like the jigs above

Top 2 are great for crappie u can cast them out and bounce them back in jiggling the rod tip
Bottom 2 are jig heads u can put a soft plastic swim bait or any kind of soft plastic on it and slowly retrieve it back !
